Terms and conditions for RM40 voucher:

1. Each RM10 voucher will be converted into RM40 e-voucher, valid exclusively during the GLOO XPO @ Queensbay Mall.
2. Voucher can be used for the purchase of selected brands (Adam Elements, Aecooly, Akko, Aukey, Energea, Harman Kardon, Imade, JBL, Kate Spade, Pulsar, Shokz, Ugreen, Uniq, Vention), in a single receipt. A minimum spend of RM100 is required.
3. The e-voucher is valid from 16th September to 21st September 2025. Strictly no extension of the expiry date will be allowed.
4. The e-voucher barcode will be sent to your email after your purchase at GLOO or iTworld online store (www.gloo.com.my & www.itworld.com.my). Please present the barcode at the payment counter before checkout.
5. The e-voucher is valid for a one-time use only and must be redeemed in a single transaction. No reservations or split receipts are allowed.
6. The e-voucher is non-stackable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit in any form.
7. ⁠Damaged, lost, or stolen e-vouchers will not be replaced. SNS Network (M) Sdn. Bhd., GLOO, and iTworld will not be held liable under such circumstances.
8. ⁠This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or ongoing offers unless otherwise stated.
9. The organizer reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel the promotion or the terms and conditions without prior notice.
